A performance this Saturday the 11th (7pm) at Spectrum.  Sound Art MFA student Yixuan Shao will be playing foil violin and turntable, with David Aguila on trumpet and synths. 

Source MaterialWe are the children of re-cycles of consumption and production. What are the origins of each reference? When are their departures? This performance is one way to interpret the interwoven relationships of the two in our cultures. Source Material invites recontextualization of vaguely (un)familiar palettes within unexpected forms of materiality.
